The Tipping Point: Deciding for a strategic integration of the self-owned and managed business into a larger group, also meant the closing of her own career as owner-manager. Letting go of that role created an identity shift.

And it raised a fundamental question: Why are there so many frameworks for business transformation, but so few for personal career change?

Rather than treating career change as an individual process, she approached it with the aim to support others in the future with a structured redesign.

Drawing on entrepreneurial practice, academic collaboration, research and real-life cases, she developed the Career-Crystal™ model and the eight-step roadmap. Today, her work focuses on bringing structured clarity to professional growth.
